I want to pay by credit card, but there is no place for my number on the invoice.

How many issues am I going to get?
Most of our newsletters come 23 times a year. That means a new issue will be on your desk every two weeks. In some cases we may include special reports or additional coverage of a hot stories in the envelope with your newsletter, but these are at no extra charge to you and will not interrupt or take the place of your subscription.

Three of our newsletters, the Nonprofit Board Report, Foundation and Corporate Funding Advantage, and Communication Solutions, are monthly newsletters that come to you 12 times a year. Two, The Marketing Report and What's Working in Sales Management come 22 times a year. One, Good Stuff, comes 13 times a year.

Do you have newsletters for other departments in my company?
We currently publish 28 different fast-read expert-to-expert newsletters that will benefit just about every professional at your company. Generally speaking, we cover the areas of Finance & Accounting, Business Management, Technology, Sales & Marketing, Regulatory & Compliance, Human Resources, and Nonprofits. We encourage you and your co-workers to browse through these areas to find the newsletter that addresses their specific needs.

How do I find out my account number?
Your account number can usually be found on the upper right-hand side of all of our correspondence. It begins with the letter A that is followed by an eight-digit number (i.e. A12345670). If you need further guidance, give us a call at 1.800.220.5000. (Note: your account number is not on the newsletter itself.)

My newsletter isn't addressed to me/my name is spelled wrong. How do I get that changed?
Changing your account information is easy. You can either call 1.800.220.5000 and leave a message citing your account number and your request, or talk to one of our customer care representatives directly by calling 1.800.220.5000 (please be sure to have your account number and the name of your newsletter ready).

How do I cancel my subscription?
If you are still in your free trial period and wish to cancel your subscription, simply write "cancel" on the invoice and drop it right back in the mail. It's that easy.

What happens if I wish to cancel after I pay?
Your subscription is backed by a 100% guarantee. If you aren't enthusiastic about and come to rely on your newsletter, we'll refund you the unused balance of your subscription without delay. We refuse to offer our customers anything less than the best.
